Job summary

Michaels Weatherford, TX is seeking a Store Associate to help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout. You will participate in truck unload, stocking, and planograms while supporting omnichannel orders like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the rewards program and enrollments
• Educate customers on the VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including return/go back process
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies and standards
• Interact respectfully with others; promote the organization’s vision and values
