Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Team Member at our Allen, TX store to help customers locate products and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms while supporting Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, are comfortable handling cash, and can engage customers about rewards programs and the VOC survey.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Strong communication and friendliness with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) maintenance.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
