Job summary

Michaels is looking for team members at the DFW-EULESS, TX store to deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers find what they need. You will also ensure a fast, accurate checkout and support restocking and store recovery to keep shelves well‑stocked.

The role involves assisting customers, enrolling them in Rewards and credit options, and participating in in-store and online order processes while following SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and private label credit card enrollments.
• Support omnichannel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram adherence.
