Michaels is hiring a store team member in Pasadena, CA to deliver friendly service, help customers find products, and process fast checkouts. You’ll engage shoppers in the Rewards program and assist with store operations.

You will support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, plus stock, merchandising, and recovery activities to keep the store well stocked and inviting. Flexible hours include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Execute fast, friendly checkouts with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollment.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Stock, merchandise and maintain planograms throughout the store.
