Job summary

This role supports BOPIS and Ship From Store processes, while upholding store recovery standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Maintain store recovery, including merchandise return/go-back process.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact in a respectful, positive manner and model company values.
