Michaels is hiring at the Highland, IN location to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs. Team Members will handle checkout, help unload and stock merchandise, and maintain a well-merchandised store while following SOPs.

The role supports omnichannel processes like BOPIS/SFS and participates in the planogram process. Applicants should be at least 16 years old and able to stand for long periods; training is provided, with benefits and employee discounts

Formación

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or stocking.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Provide fast and accurate checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms and in-stock conditions.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
