Responsibilities include assisting with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, while promoting rewards programs and maintaining compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them as needed.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise in-stock conditions.
