Job summary

Responsibilities include engaging customers in rewards programs, assisting with omnichannel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store, and supporting shrink and safety initiatives in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and in-stock store maintenance.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies.
