Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the rewards program and private label credit cards and enroll them
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) activities
• Support store recovery, returns, and merchandise maintenance to keep shelves stocked
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
