Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with BOPS, returns, and order pickups.
• Support all At Your Service activities while upholding Macy's standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized pickup and return area and assist curbside needs.
• Promote loyalty benefits and help achieve daily sales goals.
• Provide friendly, genuine hospitality and build customer relationships.
