Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver friendly service, resolve returns, support order pickup, and process transactions accurately.

You will mentor new employees on the register and help maintain inventory accuracy while building strong relationships with customers and teammates. Responsibilities include handling returns/exchanges, assisting customers with inquiries, and promoting Nordstrom Loyalty and new tools that improve the experience for customers and staff.

Formación

• Strong ability to build relationships with customers, peers, and leaders.
• Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS and Android.
• Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and deliver POS/register training to support onboarding of new hires.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver seamless, friendly service by understanding customer needs and owning interactions from start to finish, whether resolving returns and exchanges, or supporting order and pickup inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy, sound judgment, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Accurately process transactions and ticketing using POS and store systems to support inventory accuracy.
• Build relationships with teammates and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
• Protect the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance and resolution of issues.
• Promote initiatives such as the Nordstrom Loyalty program, along with new tools, software, and services that enhance the customer and employee experience.
• Hours vary based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
