Macy's is seeking a Seasonal Champion to foster a welcoming, energized customer experience and lead by example during our peak season. You will support store operations, share product knowledge, train new colleagues, and help maintain an organized sales floor across channels.

Qualifications

• Leadership: Provide Active Supervision by circulating the selling floor, directing colleagues and supporting daily priorities to optimize the customer experience and increase sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and teammates with warmth to set a positive tone.
• Review sales goals and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions to support the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
• Assist with onboarding for new colleagues and model consistent service.
• Support merchandise moves; refresh signage and pricing as needed.
• Encourage Loyalty benefits and ensure customers leave with what they need.
• Collaborate with peers to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strive to meet sales goals and learn from others to improve store results.
