Qualifications

• Leadership and Active Supervision to optimize customer experience and sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work across departments.

• Adapt to opening/closing duties and back‑of‑house tasks.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• On the floor, lead by example with hospitality, engaging customers and teammates.
• Support onboarding for new colleagues and maintain consistent service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor; assist with merchandise moves.
• Encourage customers to use Loyalty benefits and ensure a complete checkout experience.
• Model teamwork and open communication to improve store results.
• Strive for excellence, meet sales goals, and learn from teammates.
