Responsibilities

• Greet customers and colleagues with warmth to build relationships.
• Review sales goals and stay updated on arrivals and promotions.
• Lead by example on the selling floor and support onboarding of new colleagues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
• Assist with merchandise moves and updating signs and pricing.
• End interactions with a thank-you and personal touch.
