You will share product knowledge, assist customers in finding items, train new colleagues, and step in to support store operations. This role emphasizes enthusiasm, adaptability, and a genuine hospitality mindset throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, greeting customers and guiding the team.
• Support onboarding of new colleagues and ensure consistent service quality.
• Keep the selling floor clean, organized, and well merchandised.
• Communicate promotions and Loyalty benefits to customers.
• Assist with back-of-house tasks and store operations as needed.
• Wrap up interactions with a thank-you and personalize the experience.
