Job summary

Michaels Reno, NV is hiring for a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining in-store recovery.

The role includes engagement in rewards enrollments and omnichannel processes, including BOPIS and SFS, with potential cross training in framing production. The position supports store operations with adherence to SOPs, safety programs, and a positive customer

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards program and enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS & SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain store recovery and back-back go backs
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
