Job summary

Michaels Burlington, NC is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to help customers shop, locate products, and enjoy a fast checkout experience. You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining in-stock conditions across the store.

You will be involved in rewards enrollment, omni-channel processes, and store recovery while upholding SOPs and safety standards. This role is ideal for those with retail or customer service experience seeking reliable hours.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery tasks.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; interact respectfully with customers and teammates.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Other duties as assigned.
