Job summary

Michaels Stores in Las Vegas, NV is hiring for a part of the team to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. Team Members will handle truck unloads, stock, and store recovery to keep shelves full and the store inviting.

Associates participate in omni-channel processes and help customers with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role includes POS duties, rewards program enrollments, and maintaining a high standard

Qualifications

• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout experience and accurate cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on surveys and collect feedback.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
