Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate lifting.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards with enrollments.
• Promote VOC survey participation to customers.
• Assist with Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking and planogram (POG) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and returns processing; keep store in stock and well-merchandised.
• Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
• Help shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs and company policies.
• Interact professionally; be a positive model for the team.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
