Michaels is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure quick, accurate checkout. You will help with framing sales and production, stock, and store presentation while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supporting omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS), assisting with truck unloading, and promoting the Rewards program and credit card enrollments. Flexibility for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production

Responsabilités

• Assist customers, help locate products and provide solutions
• Handle fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and engage with feedback
• Support BOPIS and Ship From Store processes
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram execution
• Ensure store recovery, stock presentation, and in-stock levels
• Follow SOPs and company policies; model positive behavior
