Job summary

Michaels is seeking store team members in Boise to deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products. You will be involved in checkout, rewards enrollments, and omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. The role includes truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-stock conditions.

Team members will support frame shop activities and adhere to SOPs while upholding company standards. Training is provided; shifts include nights and weekends as needed, with a climate-controlled

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and feedback channels.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Handle merchandise recovery and in-stock store maintenance.
• Support Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Assist shrink and safety programs and comply with SOPs and policies.
