Job summary

Michaels Stores in Brownsburg, IN is seeking a friendly team member to assist customers, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You’ll participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining in-store presentation to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

The role involves helping customers with the Rewards program, BOPIS/SFS processes when applicable, and following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and locate products.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
