Michaels is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate at our Bloomington, IN store. You will assist customers, help them find products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, handling transactions, and supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. You’ll work in a team-oriented retail setting with opportunities to grow and learn.

Formación

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Comfort with cash handling and POS transactions.
