Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to provide seamless service, handle returns, support order pickup, and process transactions accurately. You will mentor new employees on the register and uphold store standards while building trust with customers and teammates.

You will work across Windows, iOS and Android devices, help customers with inquiries, and promote Nordstrom Loyalty programs and new tools. Hours vary including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent relationship-building with customers, peers and leaders.
• Proficient with MS Windows, iOS and Android.
• Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and deliver POS/register training.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership, accountability and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service and resolve returns, support order pickup, and process transactions accurately.
