Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking team-oriented individuals to provide friendly service, resolve returns, and support order pickup while processing transactions accurately.

You will mentor new hires on the register, troubleshoot customer concerns with empathy, and maintain a positive, team-focused environment across multiple tasks. Applicants should be proficient in MS Windows, iOS, and Android and excel at clear communication and ownership of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to build relationships with customers, peers, and leaders.
• Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS and Android.
• Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and deliver POS/register training to support onboarding of new hires.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service, resolve returns, support order pickup, and process transactions accurately.
• Mentor new employees on the register and POS procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
• Build relationships with teammates and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
• Protect the security and privacy of customer information through education and compliance.
• Promote Nordstrom Loyalty and new tools that enhance customer and employee experience.
