Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong ability to build relationships with customers, peers, and leaders.
• Proficiency in MS Windows, iOS and Android.
• Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and deliver POS/register training to support onboarding of new hires.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
• Physical requirements: long periods of standing and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service and resolve returns and order inquiries.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns with empathy and solutions.
• Process transactions accurately using POS and store systems.
• Mentor new employees on the register.
