Nordstrom in Edison, NJ is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate to deliver seamless service, process transactions accurately at the register, assist with returns and order pickup, and mentor new hires on the POS.

You will build trust with customers and teammates, communicate clearly across OS platforms, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding security and privacy standards and contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver friendly service and resolve customer needs.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork.
• Ability to train and onboard new hires on the register.
• Comfort with multiple operating systems and store tech.
