Job summary

Vail Resorts, Inc. is hiring an Epic Ascent Supervisor to lead the Epic Ascent Concierge team for ski & snowboard school private lessons, specialty experiences, and premium resort offerings.

You will support the Epic Ascent Manager with daily operations and guest service execution. Collaborate with Ski & Snowboard School, Product Sales & Services, and resort partners to drive service excellence and workforce readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in guest services, hospitality, concierge, or operations leadership.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily Epic Ascent Concierge operations with focus on guest service.
• Coach, train, and develop team members through feedback and performance support.
• Serve as escalation point for guest, instructor, and operational issues with timely resolutions.
• Coordinate private lessons, specialty experiences, and premium guest requests.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to meet service needs.
• Monitor service quality, productivity, and operations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Ski & Snowboard School, Product Sales & Services, and other resort teams.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and Epic Service standards.
