Job summary

Vail Resorts, Inc. is seeking an Epic Ascent Supervisor to lead the Epic Ascent Concierge team and support the Epic Ascent Manager with daily operations, coaching, and service delivery for ski school private lessons and premium experiences.

You will collaborate across resort teams, drive service excellence, and ensure staffing, scheduling, and workforce readiness to deliver an elevated guest experience, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of guest services, hospitality, reservations or operations leadership.
• 3-5 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations of the Epic Ascent Concierge team.
• Coach, train and develop team members with ongoing feedback.
• Serve as escalation point for guest, instructor and operational issues.
• Coordinate private lessons, specialty experiences, and premium requests.
• Support staffing, scheduling and workforce planning.
• Monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with resort teams to deliver an elevated guest experience.
• Promote accountability, collaboration and Epic Service standards.
