Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and coordinate schedules across multiple locations.

You will help connect clients to the right tax professional and ensure service excellence in person, on the phone, or virtually. Ideal candidates possess prior customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
