Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and help match clients with the right tax professionals. You will schedule appointments and ensure clients’ needs are met in person, by phone, or virtually, while helping maintain a clean and organized office with the team.

The role requires a fast-paced, customer-focused mindset, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
