Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional.

In a fast-paced office, you will multi-task, schedule clients, maintain a tidy workspace, and deliver friendly, personalized service in person, over the phone, or virtually. Flexible location options and multi-location work are preferred. This role supports busy seasons and pays hourly with opportunities for additional duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned
