Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and match clients with the right tax professionals. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming experience and ensuring client needs are met in person, by phone, or virtually.

You will schedule clients, maintain an organized office, and support team members with a variety of duties. Prior customer service and multi-tasking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
