H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer calls, and connect customers with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments and ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels.

Ideal candidates have fast-paced experience, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexible scheduling and multi-location work may be required.

• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
