You will help ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and supporting team members with additional duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.

• Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled.
• Help ensure all clients' needs are met during service in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
