Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect clients with the right tax professional. You’ll schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual channels, and keep the office tidy with the team.

Flexible location and hours may apply. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, the ability to multi-task, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled.
• Help ensure all clients' needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
