H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, route them to the right tax professionals, and schedule appointments. The role focuses on delivering excellent service in person, by phone, or virtually while maintaining a clean, organized office environment.

The ideal candidate brings experience in fast-paced customer service, strong multitasking and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
• Sales/marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
