Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. You will schedule appointments and ensure client needs are met in person, by phone, or virtually, while maintaining a clean, organized office.

The role requires strong multitasking, exceptional customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work at multiple locations is preferred as indicated by the franchise

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
