Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly welcome clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. This role requires multitasking in a fast-paced office, scheduling requests, ensuring client needs are met in person, on the phone, or virtually, and keeping the workspace clean and organized with the team.

Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
