You will schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels, and help keep the office organized and welcoming.

This role requires prior customer service experience, strong multitasking and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
