In a fast-paced seasonal environment, you will deliver friendly service across in-person, phone, and virtual channels, maintain office organization, and support colleagues with a flexible, team‑oriented approach.

Qualificações

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned
