Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Ohio for our Orrville office. You will greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional to meet their needs. You’ll schedule appointments and help ensure every client leaves satisfied.

This role supports a fast-paced retail tax environment, requires strong organization, and offers opportunities to interact with clients in person, by phone, or virtually.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
