H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. You’ll help schedule appointments and ensure high-quality service in person, over the phone, or virtually.

This role emphasizes quick thinking in a fast-paced environment, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Franchisee-operated offices handle hiring directly; questions should be directed to the local franchisee.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned
