H&R Block, Inc. in Centerville, Ohio is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. You will greet clients, manage scheduling, and support daily operations alongside tax professionals.

This in-person role offers training and opportunities to advance into tax preparation or office leadership, with evenings and weekend shifts during tax season.

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems)
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
