Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to wow clients and build relationships. You’ll answer phones, greet clients, and match them with the right tax professional, while scheduling and ensuring needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual service.

This role requires experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexible schedules and multiple locations may be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment is beneficial.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients as requested by them.
• Help ensure all client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
