Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. You will schedule appointments and help ensure every client’s needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually.

Ideal candidates bring experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work across locations is a plus.

• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
