You will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service environment, multitask, stay organized, and support team members while keeping the office tidy. A high school diploma or equivalent and flexible scheduling are preferred. This role is offered by a local franchise office operating under H&R Block.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure all clients' needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
