Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, coordinate scheduling, and connect customers with the right tax professional. You will work in a fast-paced office, handle phones, greet clients, and help ensure each guest's needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual channels.

This role is a locally owned H&R Block franchise position; the franchisee makes hiring decisions and may have specific requirements for scheduling and location.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned
