H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer calls, and connect them with the right tax professional. You will create a warm, personalized experience for first-time visitors and returning clients alike.

In a fast-paced office, you will multi-task between phones, in-person service, scheduling, and keeping the workspace tidy. Strong organizational skills and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential to help clients feel supported

Qualificações

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
