The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, matching clients with the right tax professional, and maintaining a clean, organized office with the team. Flexibility to work across locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
